Studies and training to become a professional coach
In coaching, there is no national diploma yet. Most coaches are graduates of business or management schools, and even engineers. By pursuing specific training, human resources managers can become professional coaches. Currently, some universities offer a course of study related to coaching. Currently, training courses are offered to teach you how to organise yourself in your work. A training as a professional coach should be done every two or three years. The initial coach training is not enough. It is always necessary to keep up with new ideas in coaching. However, coaching certification is not always required, but you can still become a certified coach, which will give you a good asset in your job.
How does a professional coaching training take place?
Professional coaching training is done in modules. The first module consists of building the learner.
